What You'll Do.
Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts
Drive revenue growth through strategic expansion initiatives
Meet and exceed monthly and annual expansion revenue targets
Identify and lead upsell
and license growth opportunities
Convert Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) into pipeline opportunities
Manage pricing discussions
contract negotiations
Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders
Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
Deliver accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting
Collaborate closely with Customer Success
Deliver tailored product demos and value-based pitches
Stay informed on Phocas products
and evolving customer needs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams; Align with Customer Success Managers on adoption, risk, and renewal success; Coordinate account strategy with BDRs and Account Executives; Address customer needs and unlock value with Marketing, Product, and Support teams; Orchestrate internal resources around customer success and growth
Communication Scope
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across executive and operational stakeholders
