Full Job Description
## Description P10 is launching a content studio built to support fast-moving, project-based social media clients and we need an Account Manager who can keep up. Right now the team operates reactively, clients come in hot with urgent content needs. Your job is to help change that. You'll be the person who knows the clients well enough to get ahead of the ask, translate their needs clearly for the internal creative team, and keep things moving without dropping the ball. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for direction. It's for someone who thrives in fast, ambiguous, execution-focused environments and finds that kind of pace genuinely energizing. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work with our clients to deliver the P10 experience. As a part of the team, you will play a role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting client success and account growth, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and tactical pull through. You will be the conduit between our clients and the delivery team, collaborating closely with project management and your core internal team to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction. You have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report to the Director of Client Services or another senior account person. This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States located in NY, NJ or PA.
