What You'll Do.
running creative and production processes to drive projects from brief to delivery
create timing plans and budgets on OMG
assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative output
ensure the projects they own are delegated to the creatives and liaise with the team in the UK
Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfilment
Liaising with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates (when needed) and schedules
Scheduling projects in line with the correct internal resource and helping to source external resources where necessary
Ensuring projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget
Managing project workflows utilising AI-powered creative tools
Communicating project status
and solutions to internal teams and client stakeholders
Facilitating client meetings and presentations
documenting key decisions and action items
Escalating any queries concerning invoicing or estimates provided by the studio on their projects to the AD
