The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining relationships with customers in the maritime sector. In this role you will: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent service delivery, customer retention and satisfaction * Work closely with other teams from the company and affiliate companies, to ensure seamless pre and post sales customer experience * Identify new business opportunities, actively participate in the planning and strategy execution on expanding the company's customer base * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system * Act as an ambassador for the company and its services, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner * Represent the company at industry events and conferences as required **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Shipping, Technology or a related field * Experience in the maritime industry and the related regulatory environment * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and mainta
