At **MSPS** , we design and deliver brand experiences that connect people with brands in real life — from in-store activations and retail environments to large-scale events, festivals and branded experiences. **About the Role** We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Account Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management. **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Management:** Respond to client briefs by conducting research and crafting comprehensive plans, branding proposals, budgets, reports and PowerPoint presentations. * **Client Relationship Management:** client handling & third parties’ coordination. Day to day Work closely with the account director to cultivate strong, enduring relationships with multinational clients, serving as their point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery. * **Collaborate on brainstorming sessions:** generate fresh and creative ideas for 360 campaigns. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the communications field, especially in Below-The-Line activities and event management within an agency environment. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Excellent organizational and project management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Fluent English, both written and spoken. **What We Offer** MSPS offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with exceptional opportunities for professional growth and development.
