Must Have
3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in the technology industry, experience in selling Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, Previous experience working with service providers or system integrators, Native Arabic speaker, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with solutions such as: 1. IBM FileNet 2. Laserfiche
What You'll Do.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts
Identify client needs and provide suitable DMS and ECM solutions
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Handle the full sales cycle
including prospecting
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
Conduct product presentations
Prepare commercial proposals
Monitor market trends
competitor activities
and customer requirements
