Must Have
Experience in account management, programme coordination or delivery within a complex organisation, understanding of UK financial services, ideally within insurance, banking, wealth or regulated distribution, Good knowledge of governance, risk and conduct requirements in a regulated environment, Ability to interpret data and MI to track performance and support decision-making, stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage across multiple teams, Understanding of customer journeys, particularly digital or contact-centre led models, Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive progress
