You’ll meet exciting challenges, and will constantly grow in technology and the international environment. **What You Will Do: ** * Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries; * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration; * Manage annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects; * Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team; * Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization; * Proactively mediate and resolve any clients' and annotators' concerns or issues etc.; * Train annotation teams and supervisors. **What We Need: ** * Excellent **Ukrainian & English** skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written); * **1-2 years of experience** in tech service industry, ideally in customer success or account management; * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively; * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; * Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team; * Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company; * Mature and responsible attitude; * Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible. **Will be a great plus: ** * Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in **IT outsourcing companies** ; * Experience in working with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects; * Desire to advance in AI & annotation services; * Good sense
