Full Job Description
**Key Responsibilities** * Manage and grow assigned client accounts through **renewals, upselling, and cross-selling** of IQVIA solutions * Identify and drive **new business opportunities** within existing and new accounts * Build and maintain strong relationships with **senior client stakeholders** (GM, Department Heads, etc.) * Lead **client discussions and presentations** on business solutions and insights * Develop and deliver **proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements** * Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, data, operations) to ensure seamless solution delivery * Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients * Ensure achievement of **sales targets and revenue goals** **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field * **2–3 years of experience** in sales, account management, or business development (preferably at a specialist, supervisor or lead level) * Experience in **healthcare industry required** ; pharmaceutical experience is an advantage * Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth * Exposure to **contracting, proposal development, and deal negotiations** **Skills & Competencies** * Strong business acumen with ability to handle **high-level stakeholder discussions** * Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights * Excellent **presentation and communication skills** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint** * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
