What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing healthcare experience, Experience supporting client accounts and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, Demonstrated ability to support client satisfaction, retention, and growth
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, Familiarity with value-based care models is a plus, Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
building relationships and developing a clear understanding of their business goals
Support account growth by identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions
expand into additional markets
or increase patient/diagnostic volume
Monitor client satisfaction and day-to-day account health
proactively addressing concerns and escalating when needed
Track account performance
maintain accurate records in CRM systems
support forecasting and reporting activities
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
Ensure alignment between internal teams and client expectations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to support the development and execution of client KPIs; Work closely with Client Success and clinical teams to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and consistent service delivery; Coordinate with cross-functional partners, including Client Success, clinical, marketing, product, operations, finance, and legal to support account initiatives, contracting processes, and overall client success
