What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years’ experience in field sales, account management or business development in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or healthcare, Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field, Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients, Demonstrated track record of achieving territory targets and managing KPIs, Good analytical skills with experience using data to plan and prioritise activities, Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems for customer engagement and reporting, Right to work in Singapore and ability to work on-site with regular travel across the assigned territory
Nice to Have
Experience working with clinics, hospitals, pharmacies or public healthcare institutions in Singapore, Experience in Key Account Management or working with institutional buyers, Familiarity with Singapore’s healthcare system and procurement or reimbursement processes, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, Willingness to travel frequently within your territory and to attend local meetings or events
