**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: Lead all commercial activities within assigned accounts, including new customer acquisition, business development, pricing strategy, issue resolution, and service improvement to maximize customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships across diverse personalities and backgrounds. Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills. Own the customer relationship with minimal supervision, escalating issues when needed while remaining accountable for outcomes. Quickly grasp and communicate technical product information. Apply creativity and problem-solving to overcome challenges. Stay resilient through setbacks, supporting cross-functional teams when necessary to achieve goals. Apply negotiation and value-selling techniques to drive profitability. A competitive, goal-oriented mindset is key. Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, focusing on what’s most important and urgent.
