Must Have

3+ years of quota-carrying experience in account management, customer success, or sales, Experience selling SaaS, fintech, or commercial card / payment solutions, Proven ability to drive expansion revenue and manage a book of business, consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders, Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills, Ability to manage and prioritize multiple expansion opportunities simultaneously, Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability, Willingness to travel periodically for customer relationship-building, residency in Washington, Colorado, Tennessee or Florida

What You'll Do.

Own the full expansion sales cycle for a defined book of existing mid-market construction customers

Drive account growth by identifying

and closing upsell opportunities within existing customers

Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess product adoption

and expansion opportunities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with construction leaders

and operations stakeholders

Maintain accurate pipeline

and forecast data in our CRM (Hubspot)

Represent Finvari in customer meetings

and industry events as needed

Serve as the voice of the customer internally

Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer on account strategy

ABOUT THE ROLE As an Account Manager, you’ll own the full expansion sales cycle for a defined book of existing mid-market construction customers. This is a quota-carrying role ideal for a consultative seller who enjoys strategic account ownership and is focused on uncovering opportunities to deliver additional value for customers. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Team, and Customer Success to maximize customer lifetime value while identifying and closing upsell opportunities over time. This role requires residency in Washington, Colorado, Tennessee or Florida.
