“Account Manager at Ecolab. Skills: Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Water Treatment Solutions. Delivering customised water treatment programs, particularly with our Sugar industry customers. Supporting customers to reduce water and energy usage, improve equipment reliability, and enhance production outcomes”

Eligibility Requirements

Physical tasks required in this role, the successful candidate will need to pass a physical fitness assessment, Travelling across Northern QLD, with occasional overnight stays

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level customers, Relationship-building and problem-solving skills, Proactive mindset with a aptitude for learning

Nice to Have

Tertiary qualification (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or similar) or a relevant trade background (Electrical or Plumbing preferred), Experience, knowledge, or a genuine interest in water treatment systems, ideally within industrial or sugar processing environments

Delivering customised water treatment programs

Building trusted relationships by understanding customers’ key business drivers and operational priorities

Partnering with internal technical experts to develop and implement innovative

Identifying opportunities to optimise customers’ Total Cost of Operations

Providing on-site service

Travelling across Northern QLD

with occasional overnight stays
