What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers
understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct on-site quality testing
inspections and audits to help customers identify and address potential contamination or hygiene issues
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when issues arise with Ecolab products or services
Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure account health and identify areas for improvement
Facilitate regular business review meetings with your customers
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work proactively to expand business revenue
Tailor cleaning and sanitising programs
Understand operational efficiency objectives
Help reduce the total cost of operations for our customers
