What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers
understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct on-site hygiene product testing
inspections and audits to help customers identify and address potential contamination or hygiene issues.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when issues arise with Ecolab products or services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure account health and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate regular business review meetings with your customers
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work proactively to expand business revenue.
Be a trusted advisor to customers
providing guidance on best practices
Build customer relationships at all levels.
Follow up on requests.
Take prompt action with our solutions to customer problems.
Enhance operational efficiency

**About the role:** Are you currently working in the Food & Beverage industry, either in sales or in the manufacturing plant and want to grow your career? Are you a recent graduate that’s looking to kick start your career with a global business? As our Account Manager based out of Hobart, you will work with food and beverage manufacturers in the south region of Tasmania, to enhance operational efficiency, food safety and product quality. You will utilise the vast resources of Ecolab to tailor cleaning and sanitising programs, understand operational efficiency objectives and help reduce the total cost of operations for our customers. Crucially you will identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work proactively to expand business revenue. You will do this by being a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices, product usage, and industry trends. Your ability to build customer relationships at all levels is highly regarded and following up on requests in critical. You are supported strongly by local and global expertise, so you will be confident in promoting the organization by taking prompt action with our solutions to customer problems.
