What You'll Achieve.
Drive strategic revenue growth within a portfolio of priority construction and infrastructure customers; Expand EarthCam’s presence across major builders, developers, infrastructure owners, and program stakeholders; Develop account-level business plans aligned with customer capital programs and project pipelines; Identify portfolio rollout opportunities; Drive adoption across documentation, visual intelligence, and jobsite security solutions; Influence technology adoption across large-scale construction programs; Build long-term partnerships; Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Must Have
5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience
Nice to Have
Experience selling into the construction, infrastructure, engineering, or real estate development industries strongly preferred, Experience selling construction technology, SaaS platforms, project documentation solutions, visual intelligence tools, jobsite security systems, or workflow platforms highly desirable, Existing relationships with general contractors, developers, infrastructure owners, or ENR-ranked contractors strongly preferred, Experience supporting multi-site deployments, regional rollouts, or enterprise-level adoption initiatives preferred

Drive revenue growth within a defined portfolio of strategic construction and infrastructure accounts
Develop and execute account-level business plans aligned with customer capital programs and upcoming project pipelines
Identify and close expansion opportunities across multi-site deployments
and enterprise construction customers
Support program-level adoption across repeat builders
and infrastructure owners
Position EarthCam’s solutions across documentation workflows
visual intelligence initiatives
and jobsite security strategies
Engage customers early in preconstruction and planning phases to support portfolio rollout opportunities
Lead complex solution conversations tied to documentation strategy
and operational risk mitigation
Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting and account planning within CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Build relationships with project executives, operations leaders, VDC teams, safety stakeholders, and innovation groups; Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to expand adoption across priority customers and strategic accounts
