Descriptif du poste En tant qu’Account Manager, vous serez responsable du succès commercial de votre portefeuille de restaurants de nos plus grandes marques (McDo, Burger King, KFC) afin d’assurer la meilleure expérience à nos utilisateurs Deliveroo. Votre objectif sera de créer des partenariats privilégiés, durables avec ces 3 enseignes en apportant votre expertise Food Tech. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes : - Définir les priorités stratégiques de votre portefeuille et les objectifs de croissance et mettre en place un plan d’action (indicateurs de succès et prise des décisions financières) - Accompagner le déploiement et de l’expansion de votre portefeuille : création de marques virtuelles, campagne marketing, déploiement lié à l’expansion sur de nouvelles zones de chalandise. - Gestion et optimisation de la profitabilité d’un portefeuille de restaurateurs partenaires dans le respect des objectifs fixés : - Accompagnement personnalisé : composition du menu, solution packaging adaptée, pricing, optimisation de la visibilité en ligne, … - Définition d’un plan marketing et analyse de la data de la performance des partenaires et de nos opérations Deliveroo. - Optimisation et gestion de Processus : Deliveroo est une société qui évolue à grande vitesse et à grande échelle.
