Must Have
2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and/or growth targets, Ability to interpret customer data and use insights to drive engagement, Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success teams, Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with the travel, tourism, or DMO industry
What You'll Do.
Manage full lifecycle of assigned accounts
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Execute outreach and engagement strategies
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual retention and revenue growth targets
Serve as primary point of contact for customers
Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
Partner with support resources for onboarding and training
Demonstrate product value through business reviews
Share customer and regional feedback
Participate in beta programs
Contribute to integration of Creators into Account Management
Maintain accurate CRM records
Track performance metrics and report on account outcomes
Ensure operational efficiency by following processes
Support marketing and advocacy efforts
Represent CrowdRiff at industry events
Stay current on product capabilities and industry trends
Participate in internal training programs
Share learnings and collaborate with peers
