Must Have

4+ years marketing agency experience, Client relationship ownership experience, Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, Demonstrable AI tool fluency, Written and verbal communication skills, Business acumen and executive presence

Nice to Have

Experience with B2B technology companies, Working knowledge of Paid Media, Working knowledge of CRM systems, Working knowledge of SEO/AEO, Experience working against revenue managed, Experience working against quota-based target, Familiarity with Slack or Microsoft Teams, Familiarity with Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com, Familiarity with HubSpot, Familiarity with Google Workspace

What You'll Do.

Serve as relationship owner

Build and maintain direct relationships

Lead quarterly business reviews

Facilitate monthly adjustment calls

Run client onboarding

Deliver proactive communication cadences

Create and maintain account plan

Create and maintain client roadmap

Identify and escalate churn risk

Report portfolio health

Report revenue forecasts

Manage contact strategy

Conduct continuous business discovery

Identify organic expansion opportunities

Grow Revenue Under Management
