What You'll Do.
execution and fulfillment of new and existing Bonneville client accounts.
Coordinate the efforts of all internal team members involved to ensure our clients achieve their desired business results.
Serve as a key liaison when working with internal and external partners to flawlessly set up and execute campaigns with our new and existing clients and drive revenue for Bonneville Seattle.
Manage assigned client partnerships.
Manage daily activity of accounts and confirm the accuracy of sales orders.
Respond timely to any sponsor requests and questions.
Produce client recaps that include details of all activities including documentation of all sponsorship deliverables audio and digital campaigns
performance metrics and results.
Develop business relationships with existing and potential key and target accounts.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the sales department, marketing/promotions, programming, digital and business departments to manage, develop and implement successful campaigns, partnerships, promotions, charitable events, sponsorships and entertainment features.; Collaborate and strategize with Account Executive and Sales Management to develop new business with existing clients, prospective clients, and/or identify areas of improvement to meet revenue goals.; Collaborate with account executives to identify and grow opportunities.; Collaborate with account executives to promote retention of customers and overall positive experience with the brand.; Ability to work well with sales management, executive management, and other departments.
Communication Scope
Written communication skills; Verbal communication skills; Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
