Full Job Description

As an Account Manager & Business Developer professional, part of our distribution team, your mission is to develop strong relationships with independent artists and labels. You will ensure high customer satisfaction through personalized account management while maintaining and securing continuous partnerships in a constantly evolving digital music landscape. You will work within a team of account managers and sales professionals, balancing customer success and business development with passion, innovation, care, and transparency to reinforce Believe’s presence in Indonesia. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Account Management · Manage a portfolio of independent artists and labels, ensuring strong relationships, long-term partnerships, and business continuity. · Define and execute customer success strategies that reinforce engagement and drive contract renewals. · Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and revenue growth, ensuring regular reporting. · Handle content distribution operations, including takedowns, claims, and monetization, ensuring seamless execution. · Work closely with Editorial, Marketing Partnerships, and Video Channel Management teams to optimize release strategies and maximize exposure for clients. · Conduct business reviews with top clients, identifying growth opportunities and reinforcing long-term relationships. ## Qualifications · Fluent in English (Professional level). · Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to manage relationships and drive satisfaction. · Strong analytical skills, capable of tracking KPIs and deriving actionable insights to find suitable strategies for clients. · Organized, creative and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. · Basic Excel proficiency for reporting and performance tracking. · Deep understanding of business development and account management in a digital distribution landscape.
