What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of Account Management experience with Fortune 500 OEM, Experience in solution selling, including Test & Measurement, Demonstrated experience in consultative technology solution selling of capital equipment to OEMs/CMs, Business development of key accounts, including qualifying customers for Averna’s capabilities and driving internal teams to meet customer, Account planning and execution, Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Electrical preferred), Solid understanding of engineering design and manufacturing, Technical understanding of automation, test, and measurement equipment, Experience with automation applications, including precision mechanics and optical
