Full Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our Amazon Shipping team in Bangalore. The role focuses on driving business growth through new customer acquisition and relationship management in the enterprise segment. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets • Own and maintain P&L responsibilities for the assigned portfolio • Identify and onboard high-potential customers through consultative selling approach • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large and enterprise customers in the assigned territory • Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular business reports Key job responsibilities Deliver positive experience to assigned and onboarded shipper accounts and win volume (#Shipments and Revenue) and hygiene parameters • Develop your individual account management strategy at a shipper-level • Understanding and reinforcing the value proposition and creating joint business plans with shippers • Action proactive and reactive measures on key business parameters like operations, claims, and receivables • Follow the standard operating processes to scale the working of the function. • Help refine the business value proposition using local knowledge, secondary research and past data Basic Qualifications: - 6+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in logistics/B2B service delivery segment Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
