**Date Posted:** 2026-05-05 **Country:** United States of America **Location:** OT172: DVA - Glendale, CA 3041 ROSWELL ST, LOS ANGELES, CA, 90065 USA **Would you like to join a truly international, talent driven company that values Safety, Ethics, Quality, Innovation and Employee Opportunity?** Amtech Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Account Manager responsible for territory sales, margin growth & customer satisfaction for all customers within the assigned geography. **On a typical day you will:** * Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers * Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries * Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders * Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets * Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results * Conduct sales negotiations and close deals * Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues **What you will need to be successful:** * You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experience * You have initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation. * You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills * You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability. * You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization **Location:** * The job duties for this role require work to be performed 100% in the office or on job sites.
