What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent, 5+ years commercial experience, B2B sales, or business development, Demonstrated track record advancing sales goals, Proficiency in common email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software, Ability to foster understanding and connect with individuals, Flexibility to work varied hours
Nice to Have
Background contributing to growth in industrial, commercial, or educational markets, Nurture long-term partnerships, Build alignment across complex stakeholder groups, Familiarity with industrial, specialty, and medical gases, Experience pioneering new market approaches, Adaptable in fast-evolving industrial landscape, Comfortable with CRM tools, SAP experience preferred
