About the Role: 3E’s commercial team is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Account Manager to drive business growth across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Japan. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of your customers’ business priorities, aligning their regulatory and compliance needs with 3E’s innovative solutions. Success in this position requires a strong grasp of APAC market dynamics, strategic customer relationship management, and expertise in regulatory solutions and expansion strategies. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week at our Tokyo office. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer retention and broadening our customer base within your designated territory. You will oversee account health, drive product adoption, and identify cross-sell opportunities, referring them to the business development teams. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about executing our strategy.
