Must Have
3+ years of experience in account management, Bachelor's degree required, Passion for e-commerce is required, Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction, Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”, Must be metrics-driven, Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
Nice to Have
MBA is preferred, Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage, Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage, Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India, Prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable, Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is desired, 2+ years of sales experience

Help sellers become self-reliant through basic training
Track and monitor performance and sales of key
Manage partner performance
Engage brand owners and sellers
Identify and handhold sellers to deliver competitive pricing
Identify and handhold sellers to deliver broad product
Train sellers on Amazon systems
Help sellers integrate with product platform
Analyze seller performance metrics
Help sellers become successful on our platform
Interface with technology systems
Train stakeholders on systems and processes
Gather actionable conclusions
