What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline, 5+ years of proven experience in account management or client success, Proven hands-on experience in digital ad optimization, with a performance-driven mindset, Advanced analytical abilities, Native or fluent proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, Ability to manage multiple agency relationships, Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in dynamic, fast-paced settings, Demonstrates a positive, collaborative attitude, actively supporting teammates and contributing to a respectful, solution‑focused work environment

Nice to Have

Programmatic experience, outbound experience is a plus, Experience working with or around self-serve ad platforms similar to Taboola’s Realize solution

What You'll Do.

Act as a trusted advisor and optimization expert for Taboola’s top agency partners

Help clients maximize performance

uncover new growth opportunities

Serve as a strategic advisor and optimization specialist

guiding top-tier agency partners to unlock the full potential of Taboola’s Realize platform through best-in-class campaign strategies

Collaborate with agencies to actively review Realize platform data

spotting performance patterns

and expansion opportunities through proactive monitoring

Guide agencies through Realize solution rollout and fine-tuning

from initial setup/ targeting recommendations and issue resolution to advanced optimizations

Foster long-term agency relationships via regular check-ins

and upsell initiatives clearly tied to proven ROI and client growth

Lead hands-on training programs and interactive sessions on Realize best practices

covering topics such as audience targeting

and optimization workflows

Create customized resources like optimization guides

and tactical playbooks to empower agencies for sustained results

Partner with product teams by collecting client feedback to fuel platform enhancements

Collaborate with sales to swiftly resolve client pain points
