Full Job Description

What You Will Do In This Role As an Account Manager at Inflect you will be the linchpin of our customer engagements, executing and managing the full customer lifecycle to ensure seamless coordination and execution of digital infrastructure deals. This role is a combination of Project Management and Customer Support, and is key to enabling our Sales team and our Advisors to effectively support customers and drive revenue growth. You will coordinate and participate in customer meetings, ensuring all parties always have the necessary information and context to make good use of everyone’s time. You will also manage stakeholder time and technical resources effectively, provide regular updates on open leads and deals, and proactively address potential engagement risks. By maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in Salesforce and providing regular status reports, you will ensure alignment and collaboration among all relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will keep track of quote requests, inform Solution Advisors of progress, and reach out to customers regarding additional projects or upcoming renewals, ensuring a smooth and successful engagement process, long after a deal has closed.
