Providing strategic account management and financial sales leadership for an assigned portfolio of existing mid-market customers.
Developing and managing overall account strategies for specific named account customers.
Identifying incremental revenue opportunities and retention of embedded base services.
Managing overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction.
Delivering annual customer revenue and retention objectives.
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota.
Renewing customer contracts.
Maintaining regular account contact.
Initiating and delivering proposed solutions.
Serving as the primary escalation point for any customer issues.
Managing the cultivation
execution and delivery of sales and services to local and Regional accounts in the Enterprise and mid-market segment.
Collaborating with Sales
Finance and Operations leadership to develop specific account management plans.
Positioning and selling Comcast Business Class services across multiple organizational levels.
Management of existing revenue
funnels and forecasts.
