What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2-3+ years of experience in an Account Management lead or managerial role, demonstrated track record of consistently hitting 100% of targets year over year, customer service and communication skills, Proven ability to manage large account portfolios, Leadership experience, Solid project management skills, Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, full legal right to work in a LATAM country (citizenship or residency)

Nice to Have

Deep product knowledge, familiarity with the travel industry, its competitive landscape, and key trends, Fluency in Portuguese, both written and verbal

What You'll Do.

Manage a focused portfolio of larger clients

Drive year-over-year Net Gross Payment Revenue growth

and develop a team of Account Managers

Serve as the primary point of escalation

Deliver exceptional customer service

Partner cross-functionally

Generate and analyze reports
