What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in enterprise B2B account management with explicit, metric-backed ownership over retention and expansion revenue., Demonstrated history of leading, coaching, and managing the performance of account managers or commercial reps, with a commitment to a feedback culture., organizational skills with direct experience navigating complex enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal cycles., Ability to navigate difficult executive-level client conversations calmly, manage internal stakeholders, and align diverse teams under pressure.
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS / infrastructure / data / AI industry., Technical understanding of APIs, scraping, proxies, or enterprise infrastructure., Experience with strategic QBRs and account planning., Familiarity with AI tooling and workflow optimisation.
