Must Have
Native Spanish Speaker, fluent in English (spoken and written), Previous account management or customer-facing role experience, Good presentation and communication skills, ability to build relationships, prioritisation and time management skills, Results-oriented mindset, Ability to analyse data, translate insights for your clients
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS or travel-tech

Own and manage a portfolio of long-tail customers
Build relationships with accounts
Gain a deep understanding of customers’ business
Identify growth opportunities
Develop your portfolio by adding new business
Become an expert in Perk products
Use data analytics to provide clients with business reviews
Identify recurring issues within accounts
Develop strategies for long-term solutions
Act as a key liaison between internal Perk teams
Prioritise your time effectively
