Full Job Description
The Account (Campaign) Management Intern supports the campaign management team in coordinating communication between sales and operational teams. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, creative campaigns, and digital advertising. The intern will gain hands-on experience in campaign planning, project coordination, client servicing, and campaign execution within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. What You'll Do Assist in creating and maintaining campaign timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Support coordination between sales, operations, and other internal teams throughout campaign execution. Help monitor campaign progress and update project status in tracking systems. Ensure team members are informed about ongoing tasks and upcoming deadlines. Participate in internal meetings and document action items, timelines, and project updates. Assist in preparing campaign reports, presentations, and client-related documents. Support resource allocation and campaign scheduling activities. Identify potential issues and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary. Contribute ideas to improve campaign management processes and workflow efficiency. Who You Are Final-year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, Advertising, or related fields. Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, account management, and campaign execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities. Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working collaboratively across teams. Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Experience in student organizations, internships, marketing projects, or client-facing activities is a plus.
