Deine Aufgaben Als Account Management Executive baust du starke und nachhaltige Beziehungen zu unseren Partnerrestaurants auf, treibst das Wachstum von Wolt in deiner Region voran und identifizierst neue Potenziale bei bestehenden Partnern in Dortmund, Münster, Bielefeld, Essen und den umliegenden Städten. Da wir die Region gezielt weiter ausbauen, unterstützt du zudem den erfolgreichen Launch neuer Städte. Dein Arbeitsalltag umfasst unter anderem: Verantwortung für das Wachstum und die Performance deiner zugewiesenen Region Ganzheitliche Betreuung der Restaurantpartner nach dem Onboarding Vermarktung neuer Services, Produkte und Marketingkampagnen an bestehende Partner Aufbau und Pflege starker Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Kommunikation Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Strategy-Team zur Unterstützung von Expansionen und neuen City-Launches Bereitstellung datenbasierter, analytischer After-Sales-Unterstützung zur Performance-Optimierung unserer Partner.
