Full Job Description

Your success will be measured by the resolution of seller queries and resultant seller experience. You will have to identify and problem solve issues being faced by sellers operating on Amazon marketplace. In this role, you will be required to provide accurate resolution steps to help them improve their performance on marketplace, competitive pricing to Amazon customers and drive desired selection on marketplace. To be successful in this role you will have need to demonstrate ownership, analytical ability and an eye for detail. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work coordinate with Account Managers and take responsibility to resolve seller queries. This role provides opportunities to develop approaches and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. Key job responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities • Identifying root causes of problems faced by sellers and provide resolution of the same. • Ability to understand and handle complex complaints, grievances raised by sellers. • Willingness to work with multiple sellers seamlessly and help them improve their business on Amazon • Ability to identify patterns and validate them with data. • Partner with various internal stakeholders to unblock seller needs or fast track processes Job Specifications Education Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Experience: Relevant • Min 6 to 24 months of experience in Account Management / sales/ customer care. • Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with stakeholder management • Proficiency in MS Excel is essential • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. • Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. · Experience: Preferred • Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction. • Understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in I
