Full Job Description
Your success will be measured by the resolution of seller queries and resultant seller experience. You will have to identify and problem solve issues being faced by sellers operating on Amazon marketplace. In this role, you will be required to provide accurate resolution steps to help them improve their performance on marketplace, competitive pricing to Amazon customers and drive desired selection on marketplace. To be successful in this role you will have need to demonstrate ownership, analytical ability and an eye for detail. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work coordinate with Account Managers and take responsibility to resolve seller queries. This role provides opportunities to develop approaches and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
