Must Have
1-3 years experience, Bachelor Degree in finance, accounting, or economics, Understanding of BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act and OFAC principles, High degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology
Nice to Have
ACAMS, CFE, CFCS, Series 7, or other FINRA licenses or certifications a plus, Knowledge/Experience in Capital Markets, AML, KYC or Compliance, Knowledge/Understanding of end-to-end KYC process is a plus

Collect documentation for FINRA packet submission
Assess application for potential risk factors
Proactively work with departments to streamline process
Guide application through approval process
Liaise between FINRA and IB
Monitor NA iBroker inbox
Submit applicant packets into FINRA gateway
Cross-reference FINRA filing ID
Clear FINRA task in CAST
Maintain account movement in FINRA gateway
Collect weekly progress reports
Compile reports for senior management
Cross reference multiple databases
Ensure AML and KYC are completed
