Drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth while serving as the primary strategic partner to our client. **What This Job Involves** **Strategic client partnership and account management** Serve as the single point of contact and strategic advisor to Client at Powai leadership. Build and maintain strong C-level relationships, proactively anticipate client needs, and drive initiatives that align FM delivery with business objectives. Lead quarterly business reviews, present strategic insights, and identify opportunities for service enhancement and account growth. **Driving operational excellence across integrated FM services** Oversee comprehensive facility operations—engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), housekeeping, cafeteria/F&B, security, transport, workplace experience, helpdesk, events, and asset management. Ensure consistent delivery against contractual KPIs while implementing best practices in health, safety, sustainability, and business continuity. **Financial management and business performance** Manage budgets, deliver variance reporting (Budget vs. Actuals vs. Forecast), and identify cost-saving and gain-share opportunities. Coordinate procurement, vendor contracts, and invoice management while driving profitability
