Full Job Description
**Job Description:** **About the Position** We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **Account Intern** to join our **Account team** for a **6-month internship**. This role offers hands-on exposure to the **advertising & communications industry**, where you will work closely with line managers on real client projects, learn agency processes, and develop essential professional skills. **Key Responsibilities** ** _Account & Administrative Support_ ** * Assist in managing and tracking workflows, timelines and deliverables * Schedule meetings, coordinate with internal teams and external partners * Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items * Handle paperwork, internal documents and other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager ** _Project & Campaign Assistance_ ** * Assist in executing client projects to ensure tasks are delivered on time and in line with project requirements * Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign materials * Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Planning, Production, etc.) to gather information and updates * Join brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas when needed ** _Client & Vendor Coordination_ ** * Support communication with **clients and vendors** for daily follow-ups, information updates and simple coordination tasks * Participate in client or vendor meetings when required * Handle client and vendor communications **under the guidance and arrangement of the Line Manager** ** _Learning & Development_ ** * Participate in internal training, onboarding sessions and team workshops * Learn about agency workflows, client servicing processes and industry best practices * Actively seek feedback and continuously improve working skills **Requirements & Qualifications** * Strong interest in **Marketing, Advertising & Communications** * Currently graduated with a **bachelor 's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related fields** * Prior interns
