3+ years pharma omnichannel experience, 3+ years digital engagement experience, 3+ years consultative B2B sales, 3+ years account management, 3+ years commercial excellence, 3+ years customer engagement transformation, Understanding of pharma commercial operations, Understanding of omnichannel engagement models, Navigate complex stakeholder environments, Excellent English (C1+), Native/Fluent Polish (C1+)
Nice to Have
Experience working inside pharma companies, Experience in omnichannel consulting, Experience with Veeva, Experience with Salesforce, Experience with Adobe, Experience with CRM ecosystems, Experience with digital transformation initiatives, Experience with customer engagement initiatives, Existing pharma network in Poland/CEE, Experience with AI-enabled commercial workflows, Experience with AI-enabled marketing workflows
