What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, new business sales, or enterprise sales, hunter mentality, Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in person and in writing, Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, Willingness to travel across Spain for partner meetings and industry events, Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking (Salesforce or similar) and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
Nice to Have
understanding of the food & beverage industry and/or experience in the delivery or food & beverage sector is a plus
What You'll Do.
Identify and prospect top-tier companies and brands across Spain that are the right fit for Glovo's platform.
Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through outreach
Develop personal relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level
commercial directors etc) from the first touchpoint.
Lead end-to-end sales processes: from initial outreach and pitch to negotiation
contract signing and final activation.
tailored value propositions that resonate with each partner's business goals and priorities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing
legal) to structure deals and ensure a smooth onboarding for new partners.
Represent Glovo at industry events
and face-to-face meetings across the national territory.
Report pipeline progress
and market insights to the Regional Director team on a regular basis.
