Must Have
4 to 6 years selling ServiceNow solutions or competing platforms, direct experience selling into telecommunications carriers or infrastructure companies, Existing field-level relationships with technology buyers at East Coast Telco or infrastructure carrier experience, Demonstrated ability to sell consulting and advisory services alongside platform solutions, Familiarity with Telco operating environments: OSSSS, network operations, field service, and the integration debt that follows M, ability to translate platform capabilities into operational outcomes a carrier buyer will act on, Proven track record of building pipeline independently, Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial functions, East Coast willingness to travel to client sites across the territory

cross-vertical experience, existing relationships inside Telco, understand how network operators buy, know how to navigate long sales cycles in regulated industries, ServiceNow certifications, Telco industry credentials a plus

Account Executive (Telecom Vertical/Eastern Region)- ServiceNow and AI Consulting Services Your Career As an Account Executive focused on Telco East, you will drive new business across telecommunications carriers and East Coast technology companies at an inflection point. Network modernization, 5G infrastructure buildout, fiber expansion, and post-merger integration are generating real demand for workflow transformation at scale. Your primary territory covers East Coast Telco accounts including Verizon, Brightspeed and other carriers managing infrastructure complexity where ServiceNow's operational and IT workflow capabilities have a direct and demonstrable impact. East Coast Tech accounts serve as a secondary coverage layer for the right candidate with cross-vertical experience. If you have existing relationships inside Telco, understand how network operators buy, and know how to navigate long sales cycles in regulated industries, this role is built for you. Your Impact Build and execute a territory plan anchored on East Coast Telco accounts, with selective coverage of East Coast Tech accounts as pipeline and relationships warrant Develop and maintain relationships with CIO, COO, CFO, and VP-level technology buyers at carriers and infrastructure companies Lead account strategy by mapping stakeholder relationships and coordinating a virtual team across Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Customer Success, and Alliance partners Position ServiceNow and AI-enabled workflow solutions against Telco-specific operating challenges: network operations, field service management, infrastructure lifecycle, and workforce transformation Leverage the ServiceNow partner ecosystem -- including co-sell motions with ServiceNow's Telco sales team -- as a structured pipeline pillar, not a supplementary channel Maintain a qualified pipeline and deliver accurate biweekly forecasts to sales leadership Monitor competitive dynamics, platform developments, and sector trends relevant
