I'm looking for someone who has worked inside these environments — who understands periodization, load management, technology, and what it actually takes to support an elite performance department — and is ready to bring that credibility into a sales role. You'll own the full S&C sales cycle across North America's professional sports landscape and National Governing Bodies, from NBA, NFL, NHL, and MLB franchises to USA Swimming, USA Track & Field, and Olympic sports organizations. There's also real cross-sell potential into the broader Performance suite (AMS, Nutrition, EMR), so your wins compound as the category grows. THE ROLE - Own and execute the complete sales cycle for Teamworks Strength & Conditioning across North American professional sports teams and NGBs, from prospecting to close - Build a sustainable pipeline and identify cross-sell opportunities across the Performance vertical (AMS, Nutrition, EMR) - Build deep relationships with strength coaches, performance directors, sports scientists, and athletic administrators who drive purchasing decisions - Conduct product demonstrations that connect S&C features directly to real-world coaching workflows, training periodization, and load management challenges - Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving athletics leadership, IT/operations, and performance staff - Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in Salesforce WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR WHAT YOU MUST BRING - Bachelors in Sports or Business related subjects with a background with hands-on experience in strength & conditioning, sports performance, or a related athletic performance discipline - Deep understanding of training methodologies, periodization model
