Must Have
1 - 2 years of experience as a BDR / SDR, Proven ability to achieve quarterly or activity-based goals, Hands-on experience with multiple prospecting techniques (such as cold-calls, email outreach, or door-to-door selling), Proficient and demonstrable experience in qualification, identifying target customers, evaluating buyer interest, recognising decision-making processes and buying signals, Developing commercial mindset that understands the economics of a deal, Excellent written, verbal, conversational and listening skills, Experience with software including Hubspot Sales Hub, Google Suite and Excel, Interpersonal skills, Persistent in the face of new challenges, Excellent written, verbal and oral presentation skills
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or scale-up B2B sales, Established relationship with SME business owners and decision makers
What You'll Do.
Prospecting to businesses through outbound lead generation
Build deep understanding of pain points and requirements
Formulate Zeller solution to exceed expectations
Manage leads and deals pipeline within Hubspot
Own full sales cycle including planning and closing
Translate complex requirements into simple solution
Deliver outstanding first impression for merchants
Develop commercially sound deals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Zeller team members across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Operations; Relay customer feedback to internal teams
