About the Role We're seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. You'll own a high-volume book of smaller companies that sell into the SLED market, running fast cycles from discovery to close. What You'll Do - Drive Sales Excellence: Manage a high volume of deals with short sales cycles. You'll run more at-bats than a typical AE and win on speed and consistency. - Build Strategic Relationships: Build relationships with founders, owners, and sales leaders at smaller companies that sell to government, positioning Starbridge as the engine for their pipeline. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and inform product development. - Achieve and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and surpass sales quotas, contributing to the company's overall success.
