What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3 years experience as an AE with SMB experience at a unicorn startup or tech company, Must have experience selling SaaS technologies, Native or fully proficient in English, Extensive experience managing b2b clients and expanding the business footprint within UK&I
What You'll Do.
Driving sales and expanding the client base within the SMB segment
Identifying potential clients
Building relationships
Delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of SMBs
Acquiring new business
Ensuring client satisfaction
Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers
Build and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross and upselling
and qualifying client requirements to seek new solutions and meet their needs
Working closely with our SDR team
strategizing and maintaining an accurate healthy pipeline
Ensure CRM system is well maintained and updated
Attend industry events in person building relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech
