Full Job Description
## Accountabilities You will be responsible for generating new business, managing a defined territory, and driving the full sales cycle for RCM services within the physical therapy market. Own and manage a sales territory, consistently building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and deal closure. Present and demonstrate RCM solutions, clearly articulating value around revenue improvement, billing efficiency, and claims optimization. Proactively source new leads through outbound outreach, networking, and conversion of inbound marketing leads. Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to secure profitable, long-term customer relationships. Develop detailed account plans, including stakeholder mapping, buying processes, and forecasting. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable monthly and quarterly sales forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback, competitive insights, and customer needs. Travel within assigned territories and industry events to engage prospects and represent the organization. Requirements: You bring a strong background in SaaS sales within healthcare or regulated industries, with proven experience selling RCM or related financial healthcare solutions. 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in SaaS within healthcare IT or regulated environments. Proven track record of selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services or healthcare billing solutions. Strong understanding of the RCM lifecycle, including intake, claims processing, denial management, and collections. Experience selling into healthcare providers, ideally within the physical therapy market. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard business tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
