Must Have

5+ years of sales experience selling a technical product, with a track record of performance, Proven experience moving sales opportunities from inception to close by leading complex, multi-party sales in a consultative manner, listening skills and the ability to become a trusted resource for decision-makers across technology and finance functions within software companies, Ability to understand complex technical problems and how Stripe’s solutions can address them, Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements, Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, interest in technology and comfort using AI tools, Fluent in Italian and English

experience working with startups and understand the buyer journey, comfortable building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require both technical understanding and commercial judgment, analytical, curious, and enjoy understanding business models and helping customers evaluate investment decisions, proactive about prospecting and can independently lead a sales cycle from start to finish, enjoy building, whether that means contributing to sales process development, sharpening the value proposition, or creating tools and assets that help the team succeed

What you’ll do As an Account Executive, Existing Business, you will build partnerships between Stripe and innovative, fast-growing software platforms by helping them understand how Stripe’s online commerce infrastructure can support their business goals and create value for their customers.
